Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Peachy Pia offers worldwide shipping. Head to our Shipping & Returns page for more info.  

Do you offer customizations?
Peachy Pia works directly with Peaches & Crafts, which is where you can get customized items, apparel, etc. Please head over to Peaches & Crafts or message @shoppeachesandcrafts on Instagram for any inquiries.

How do I sign up for the email list?
Our newsletter, AKA our "Peachletter" is available for sign ups on the homepage of the website. Just scroll down and enter your email where it says "Your Email" and you're good to go!

I emailed customer support but it's been a few days and I haven't heard back. What do I do?
We typically respond to our messages within 3-5 business days. If you haven't heard back, it's likely that either your email to us went into spam or our email to you went into spam. Please DM us on Instagram @shoppeachypia if you haven't heard back after 5 business days and we will be sure to respond as promptly as possible.
