Peachy Pia currently offers domestic shipping via USPS and UPS, and worldwide international shipping via USPS (not available in every country) and DHL Express.

For international orders placed via USPS First Rate Package International ONLY, tracking information will be unavailable after the shipment leaves the continental United States.

Please note that shipping times may be slightly longer than usual due to COVID-19 precautions by carriers.

 

Return & Refund Policy

At Peachy Pia, we take pride in every piece we ship. If you are unsatisfied with your order, please email us at support@peachypia.com and we do everything we can to make it right.

We will accept return requests for up to 10 business days after you receive your order. Once we receive and process your return, a refund will be issued to the method of payment used to place the order. Returns must be in new condition with all original packaging. 

We will also accept exchange requests for up to 10 business days after you receive your order. Exchanges must be in new condition with all original packaging. Customer will pay for any additional shipping charge for the exchanged item. 

To initiate a return request, please contact support@peachypia.com. Please include your order number in the body of the email. If we do not hear back from you after more than 10 business days your request will be cancelled.
